Kathy Lynch – Transaction Coordinator/Broker
Kathy joined Blondell Properties in 2018 as the Transaction Coordinator and recently received her NC Real Estate license. As Blondell Properties continues to grow, having one person who manages the transactions is important, necessary and helpful for successful closings and client satisfaction. In addition, she will be available to work with Buyers and Sellers. Since 1994, Kathy and her husband Lenny have made Cary their home raising three children; two currently attending East Carolina University and one a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. On beautiful Carolina days you might see Kathy outside on the golf course, tennis courts or walking the trails around the area!
Dana Jonske – Sales Agent / Broker
It was love at first sight! A few years ago, Dana and her family visited close friends in Brier Creek and knew right away Raleigh was the place to raise a family. As a Real Estate Agent in Annapolis, MD, Dana knew the value of a great schools, wonderful neighborhoods, and with boys entering 1st and 2nd Grades, knew it was time to relocate. She and her husband made a plan to move couldn’t get here fast enough. Dana currently lives with her family of four in Raleigh, NC.
Originally from Rockaway, New Jersey, Dana went to West Virginia University and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public and Mass Communication. After earning her degree, she embarked on a career in the Supply Chain field as a Buyer/Planner for Calvin Klein and BASF where she developed a strong reputation as a skilled communicator and negotiator. Relationships are key! Her integrity and responsiveness offer great value to her Real Estate clients.
In her personal life, Dana volunteers at her children’s elementary school in after school programs such as lacrosse and flag football and loves watching her boys in lacrosse, football, swimming, and other neighborhood activities. Her husband Lou, a Naval Academy graduate who played lacrosse for Navy, helps coach the new lacrosse program at the elementary school. They are so thankful to have met so many wonderful families while living in Raleigh, NC.

Niccole joined Blondell Properties in 2016. She received her Real Estate license in 2001 and worked 5 years for Centex Homes as an On-Site New Home Agent. She joined the Blondell Team handling marketing, transactions and working with Buyers and Sellers throughout the sales process. As the team has grown, Niccole’s roll has transitioned into handling all aspects of marketing, and client appreciation. She and her husband are parents to two active middle-school girls, and are involved in supporting the community founding a non-profit in 2001, Band Together. Almost a Raleigh native, Niccole is familiar with the growth in and around Raleigh, and enjoys experiencing the local real estate trends. You may see her cheering on her kids at a soccer field or tennis court, or enjoying the outdoors running or walking her dog, Floyd.
Leah Spear – Sales Agent / Broker
Leah is a native of Oklahoma and has also lived in Dallas, TX, Columbia, SC, Atlanta, GA and the San Diego area in California before moving to North Carolina. She has found that home is wherever you make it and has enjoyed making Raleigh home. After her youngest children were in school, she became a real estate appraiser just about the time the market crashed! She learned many valuable skills as an appraiser that helped her in pursuing becoming a real estate broker. Leah has 4 grown children and 1 grandbaby. She enjoys dabbling in golf, tennis, bowling and any activity to stay active. She has found through all of the careers that she enjoys helping people and real estate gives her this opportunity to help with one of the biggest decisions her clients will make.
Emily Lutz – Sales Agent / Broker
Emily is a recent graduate from Texas Christian University where she earned her BS in Fashion Merchandising. Emily has since relocated back to Morrisville where she grew up. Her creativity and problem solving skills offer great value to her real estate clients when working with buyers and sellers. Emily specializes in working with first time home buyers to help take the stress out of the purchasing their first home. Her love for restaurants and events in the area will help first-time home owners be in the perfect spot to enjoy all the action the Triangle has to offer.
